Executive Chairman
Mr. Allon Raveh has been active in the energy and infrastructure sectors for over two decades. Raveh was the CEO of S&B Energy (SBEN.TA) and in 2018 led the establishment of S&B US Renewables, an independent power producer which has developed and owned over 700MW of solar and storage assets in the US, including Saticoy, a 100MW 4-hour battery in Oxnard, CA, and Brazoria West Solar, a 260MW PV project in Texas. He was the CEO of Augwind (AUGN.TA) which develops a novel compressed-air long duration energy storage system, and has extensive knowledge of renewable energy in general, and energy storage in particular. He joined BlueSky Utility as its full-time Executive Chairman in early 2023, replacing the company’s founders as the Company’s leader. Raveh holds an M.Sc. (Finance) with distinction from London Business School (2005), as well as LLB (Law), and BA (Accounting & Economics) from Tel-Aviv University.
Chief Operating Officer
Tomer has extensive experience in renewable energy, with expertise in building teams, establishing operations, strategic planning, and business development.Currently serving as the COO, he leads the company's operations and back-office functions. Since joining Nofar Energy in 2020, Tomer was pivotal in establishing its US operations, leading a $91 million acquisition of Blue Sky Utility, where he managed all aspects of due diligence, negotiations, and closing processes. In previous roles, Tomer held leadership positions such as Managing Director and Director of Global Business Development at Nofar Energy and other Independent Power Producers (IPPs), overseeing a $2 billion portfolio of utility-scale projects. Prior to that, he advised top real estate firms on managing large commercial properties and provided consultancy on major real estate transactions for multinational companies and banks. His legal and strategic expertise has driven success in complex, high-value transactions. His blend of legal, financial, and strategic acumen has driven success in complex, high-value projects.Tomer holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Real Estate and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Business Administration (B.A.) in Finance from Reichman University, Herzliya, Israel, graduating with honors.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Michael Medina has over 18 years of global executive finance experience, with a focus on the renewable energy, construction and infrastructure sectors. He previously served as the CFO of S&B USA, where he played a key role in the development and ownership of over 700MW of solar and storage assets in the US, including Saticoy, a 100MW 4-hour battery in Oxnard, CA, and Brazoria West Solar, a 260MW PV project in Texas. During his tenure at S&B USA, Michael was deeply involved in the development and construction of major public-private partnership (P3) projects such as the SH288 toll road in Houston, TX, Fargo-Morehead area Diversion Channel in North Dakota, and the PennDOT Pathways Major Bridge Project in Pennsylvania. In early 2024, he joined BlueSky Utility as its full-time Chief Financial Officer. Michael holds an Executive MBA (Magna Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University, and a BA in Accounting and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Coulomb possesses extensive knowledge in energy contract origination, financial and energy markets modeling, business development experience, and raised debt and equity through the capital markets arising from his employment in the regulated and non-regulated energy industries. Mr. Coulomb currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer for BlueSky Utility. Previously Mr. Coulomb served as Senior Director Project Finance for Qcells USA, the leader PV manufacturer made in the USA where he led the sale of 1 PV operating project in ERCOT, 1 BESS project in construction and 6 early-stage BESS development projects and oversaw the analysis of the BESS and PV pipeline in excess of 10GW. Mr. Coulomb was Managing Director at Origis Energy, a US-based renewable energy developer with 15 GW of development pipeline where he had oversight over project finance, accounting, treasury as well as taxes. Mr. Coulomb was the acting CFO for Origis and oversaw the sale of Origis to Antin Infrastructure Partners. Mr. Coulomb served as Strategy Director for ALLETE Clean Energy a subsidiary of ALLETE which grew to $85 million annual revenues in 18 months with 6 plant acquisitions totaling over 550MW, 285 MW of which were requalified for 100% PTCs, 2 new builds with PPAs of 190MW, 2 Build on transfers of 156MW and lead all re-financings including a wind facility BBB investment grade bond at 3.26% over 9 years. As Vice President Strategy and Business Development for NorthWestern Energy, Mr. Coulomb’s responsibilities included analyzing and overseeing the risk profile associated with certain unregulated NorthWestern energy businesses, unwinding certain NorthWestern trading businesses, facilitating NorthWestern’s closing of the Montana Power acquisition, and integrating the Montana Power energy trading function into the NorthWestern organization. Mr. Coulomb was actively involved in NorthWestern’s negotiation of material electric and natural gas supply agreements ($750 million in annual purchases), together with associated natural gas transportation and storage contracts. Prior to his work with NorthWestern, Mr. Coulomb served as Executive Director, Strategic Market Analysis and Business Development for NRG Energy, Inc., a non-regulated electric generation development company previously located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
CDO-Energy Storage
Bill Hilliard is a seasoned professional with experience in renewable energy, software, edge computing, and financial technology. He’s currently the Chief Development Officer at BlueSky Utility, a branch of the publicly listed power producer, Nofar Energy. Before BlueSky, Bill worked at Generate Capital as an Investor and Operating Partner. There, he led energy investments. He has over 30 years of experience in clean technology, real estate, specialty finance, and technology. Bill is an inventor on 14 US patents. He has successfully led three companies as a CEO or senior team member. He founded Sonnetech Ltd., which is now part of VeriSign, and was its CEO until it was bought. He also worked as a senior executive at MicroTouch Systems and Phoenix Technologies during their public offerings. Bill is part of the North American Executive Board for MIT’s Sloan School of Management and advises MIT Sloan’s Sustainability Initiative. He has represented investors on the boards of several firms.He earned a Master’s degree in Management from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Economics from Pomona College. He has been a Visiting Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Bill’s academic contributions were published in the Journal of Business Venturing, Venture Capital Journal, Knowledge at Wharton, and Wharton Magazine.
Chief Technology Officer
Gary Gamet brings over 20 years of expertise in renewable energy engineering and construction, with a proven track record of delivering more than 2 gigawatts of solar, wind, and battery storage projects. As Senior Vice President of Engineering & Construction, he leads all facets of project execution—including development, engineering design, procurement, construction, and operational oversight. Previously, Gary served as Executive Vice President at Shikun & Binui Energy (U.S.), where he spearheaded the development and successful execution of utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects. His leadership was instrumental in delivering the 260 MW (DC) Brazoria West Solar Project in Texas—one of the company’s flagship initiatives. Earlier in his career, Gary held senior operations and program management roles at leading technology firms including SolarMax, Westinghouse, OSRAM Sylvania, and Siemens. His focus spanned product development and manufacturing in power electronics, inverter technologies, and control systems. He led multiple R&D teams dedicated to innovation in string and central inverter designs. A 17-year U.S. Army veteran, Gary honed his leadership and complex project management skills through a wide range of command and engineering roles. He holds advanced degrees in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Arkansas.
SVP, Business Development
Benjamin (Benny) Nashpitz is a senior executive with over a decade of leadership experience in infrastructure, renewable energy, and public-private partnerships across the U.S., Latin America, and Israel. He previously served in a senior executive role at S&B USA and sat on the boards of companies delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, including North America's largest flood diversion program, Bogotá’s main toll road, and Pennsylvania’s $2.3 billion bridge replacement initiative. In Israel, he served as CEO of the company responsible for the country’s $3 billion military intelligence campus and held the role of Head of Assets at Shikun & Binui Concessions, where he oversaw the execution and operation of Israel’s largest infrastructure assets. Earlier in his career, he advised leading banks, financial institutions and sponsors including BrightSource, GE, Alstom and Enlight on project finance and regulatory strategy. Benjamin holds a law degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and has lectured on infrastructure delivery and project finance at Carnegie Mellon University, the University of Pittsburgh, and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
